Website Terms and Platform Terms of Use
Terms for deskova.app visitors, inquiries, demo users, and authorized users. Paid client agreements control where signed terms conflict.
Note: For paid clients, the signed MSA, Order Form, DPA, or other written agreement should control over these public terms.
Acceptance
By accessing deskova.app, submitting an inquiry, joining a demo, creating an account, or using Deskova, you agree to these Terms. If you use Deskova for an organization, you represent that you are authorized.
Priority with signed agreements
If your organization has a signed Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Addendum, or other written agreement with Deskova, that signed agreement controls for paid services. These Terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict.
Deskova services
Deskova provides property operations software for PMO/admin-led workflows, resident concerns, notices, billing follow-up, controlled communication, records, and related features. Deskova may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features.
Accounts and access
- Provide accurate information and protect credentials.
- Use Deskova only within the role, property, unit, or organization access granted.
- Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or access unauthorized records.
- Deskova or the client organization may suspend or revoke access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, policy violation, or legal compliance.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activity.
- No malware, spam, illegal content, infringing content, or privacy-violating content.
- No probing, scanning, overloading, reverse engineering, scraping, disrupting, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Do not submit false, misleading, excessive, irrelevant, or unnecessarily sensitive information.
User content
You are responsible for information, messages, attachments, notices, comments, requests, and other content you submit through Deskova. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
Resident and PMO communications
Deskova may be used as an official operating channel where enabled by the client organization. The client organization remains responsible for property rules, decisions, notices, billing positions, enforcement actions, approvals, and communications.
AI-assisted features
Deskova may provide AI-assisted suggestions, summaries, classifications, draft replies, duplicate detection, and operational insights. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before reliance.
No professional advice
Deskova does not provide legal, accounting, tax, audit, engineering, architectural, emergency, law-enforcement, medical, insurance, or professional property-management advice. Outputs and templates are operational aids only.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid services, setup, support, subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are governed by the applicable Order Form, subscription page, invoice, Master Services Agreement, or written commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
Deskova owns the platform, software, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, templates, technology, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.
Privacy
Deskova processes personal data according to its Privacy Notice, Data Processing Addendum where applicable, and related policies.
Third-party services
Deskova may rely on third-party hosting, database, communications, payment, analytics, support, security, and AI providers. Deskova is not responsible for third-party services, websites, outages, policies, or changes outside its control.
Availability and changes
Deskova aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Beta and preview features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Suspension and termination
Deskova may suspend or terminate access for security, non-payment, legal compliance, policy enforcement, abuse prevention, platform protection, or client instruction.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskova is provided “as is” and “as available.” Paid client liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Governing law and contact
